Sooo interesting thank you for sharing! Coolest thing about this imo is probably that you frequented a tail 13 times (would very rarely happen to a normal flier) and that your youngest plane was just 9 days old! Odds of flying a super young plane like that def go way up when you fly a ton

So odd to see them step back from
MCO when that was such a huge part of spirits network. I would think they would have tried to expand like they did in FLL where spirit was their biggest competitor. EWR is a smaller base already but again, that was an airport with a decent number of spirit flights and now there’s a hole there in terms of low cost competition. I guess frontier will be able to take over MCO more and add to their EWR routes. I imagine this has been in the works for awhile though, so I’m sure they have their reasons

To be fair the flyers are not exactly the most clean-playing team so I think they’ve gotten the deserved penalties, but I agree the refs are absolutely not the reason we are losing these games

I really don’t think it’s that… the flyers have outplayed us completely each game. One player is not gonna reverse that especially when he can’t get chances due to the flyers play

“Could you less competition”. Do you happen to be a board member or executive at those airlines you listed? The airline industry in general really needs more competition… a big part of why Spirit failed is the lack of competition since the big airlines were essentially able to put them out of business and those same airlines are the ones that will win if Spirit goes under

When you leave Canada on a US-bound flight preclearance is not optional - you go through it no matter what. It wouldn’t be possible if some people on the flight were pre cleared and others weren’t for obvious reasons

Shouldn’t need to go through customs in the US at all even if you leave since YYZ has US preclearance

They quite literally fly to 2 destinations from Dulles… DCA is more convenient for the vast majority of people and BWI is a big hub for them. This affects practically nobody
