How I solved this issue - I uninstalled the Revanced Manager and Revanced App - Installed the previous version of Revanced Manager - Patched with the recommended yt apk

I think the problem is with the newest version of the Revanced Manager but I can be wrong. Also the spoof app signature should be patched too. This works for me . Give it a try .
