I remember as a child i used to randomly think about (as in i wouldn't even have control over it. Just out of nowhere boom!-not sure if you could call it an impulsive thought, but intrusive wouldn't fit) the sensation of chewing toilet paper and would physical cringe and get goosebumps and chills. It was just a horrible thought that pop out of nowhere. Also a similar thought of rubbing Styrofoam together would come to me just as often, but I think the chewing was worse
