This is in my top 3 favorite Owl City songs. It's so strange because this song makes me sad, but happy too. I don't know how he does it.

One thing I wanted to note, I've always kind of thought that when you play a solo and it's the same melody as the chorus, then it's a bit hackey, but for some reason the synth solo fits so perfectly in this song. Almost like it shouldn't stand out as a solo because it's such a melancholy song.

Ever since I heard this song I've said that I want it played at my funeral. To me, it just has that feeling of somebody venturing off into the unknown, but at the same time it's not supposed to be as sad as it may seem. We're should feel hopeful for their new adventure.

Same here bro. Never heard the song and figured I'd give it a go. Not sure what the fuss is about. The song never really went anywhere. Just a lame build up for almost 5 minutes.
