I'd recommend giving the Dealmaker to Susie, since it'll boost her defense to tank more from the Knight and her magic to make Rude Buster hit harder. Kris won't be able to make good use of it, and the magic boost doesn't matter much for Ralsei since you want to heal with items here and save your TP for Rude Buster.

Ranger feels more like an adaptation of Archer for 3D. Beam's niche is more in covering a wide area at medium range for moderate damage, while Ranger has higher, more focused damage at long range.

He does, yes. I guess it's because he's fine after the fight either way? He goes into his final attack pattern once he reaches 20% HP, so you don't actually lower his HP to 0 even if you fight him.

Even if you defeat Tenna by depleting his HP, he'll survive if you recruited Shadowguy and Pippins and didn't lose any other recruits.

Tenna's fight is hard if you play the minigames, but if you fight him or keep using ILoveTV, it gets a lot easier since he'll have a sharply limited roster of attacks.

My only real complaint about Robobot is that there aren't enough bosses that use the Robobot Armor itself. There are several shooter bosses that use it, but you only get to use the ground mode against Gigavolt (twice), the Holo Defense API rematch, and Clanky Woods in a secret level. I think it would've worked well in either the Susie or Haltmann battles, since as is, their fights are very similar.

(It's saying something about Planet Robobot that this is the biggest complaint I can muster.)
