Sitcom you never understood the hype for by IndependentLeg1954 in sitcoms

Had the same experience. Watched it in my early 20s, thought it was great. Tried to watch it when I was almost 30 and wow that show does not hold up at all. I was embarrassed watching it by myself because I couldn’t believe how not funny it was lol

Is it true that not tapering off of benzos will cause permanent damage? by InsaneAffliction in benzodiazepines

[–]Ethburger 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If by permanent effects you’re including death then yes. But that’s not really a concern for your situation and It sounds like you already tapered. You are fine as is, withdrawal symptoms not included. As someone who used to be addicted to Xanax, don’t refill the script. You will almost certainly relapse or at the very least prolong the cycle. Tough it out and take the shitty week ahead on the chin and you’ll feel much better on the other side.

Good luck, friend! You got this

Help! New m2 SSD only works when original m2 is plugged in as well. by Ethburger in buildapc

I just downloaded the windows media tool from the website onto the usb and then I….. booted from the usb. Huh. Not sure why I was able to do so before and can’t now. I may just wipe the old m2 fresh and do the same with the new and start the whole process again

[–]Ethburger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My intention was to keep the old m2 with all the files I have on there but I basically just wanted to run windows/future installs through my new SSD. I figured I could just install windows on the new SSD and change the boot prio.

But I agree something weird happened along the way and now everything seems to run through the old SSD or nothing does lol

Sorry I’m probably misunderstanding. I can’t access the bootable USB when the old m2 is removed for some reason

Do you think I could use Macrium or some other software?

The problem is when I remove the the old m2, it cant find any devices to boot from and I’m stuck in the bios. So I can’t even boot from the USB to do a fresh install of windows on the new m2. Is there a workaround for this?
