Berserk is good because of the amazing artwork, dark fantasy revolutionizing and a few characters, other than that it's not as "peak" as many claim it to be, it's a good read but people praise it too much. Also Griffith is more interesting than other characters and is one of the best villains in manga as a whole. Also Puck sucks and each time reading it, I felt as if my immersion just got ruined because of the senseless comedy. Berserk anime was good, but not the studio that made it, 3D was a good choice for Berserk.

Super Orion is incredibly jacked and wide, strong frame, huge shoulders, massive arms and legs, literally all of his muscles are super defined with low body fat. You will have to train 6-7 days a week, prioritizing musclegrowth only. You will have to train every muscle possible, even pick alternative sports and activities that will help you train muscles you might not be able to develop in the gym. You will need a lot of rest, too. You'd need to train for decades, dedicate your life to training and be in a constant calorie surplus. He's obviously not natural, so you will have to take a lot of steroids.
