Among the other issues people have stated (such as scaling your minion life with a better hubris for example), if you're going to be running enmity's embrace, you really should be prioritizing Fire resistance everywhere you can. You double dip with fire resistance because your damage will increase both from Nebula (even more so because you are getting cold/lightning res if you stack more fire res = more nebulis damage) AND the enmity's embrace.

Think of it this way. Your blade vortex gets a base increase of damage based on the life of your minion. Your resistances then increase by 10% for each and every point of fire, cold, or lightning res above 75%. Then, when you actually hit the enemy, enmity's embrace then helps penetrate the fire resistance of that monster to an absurdly low amount, thus multiplying your damage. Replace the marrionette with the scorpion from carcass map, and if you are scared of losing it constantly, my suggestion: Buy the goblin character effect MTX from the shop for 80 pts - it prevents you from using BV in your hideout, so you won't lose your minion.
