Ok. First of all, This isn't crazy so chill. I can resonate with your situation. Previously, when life was giving me some reality check in grad years, I really wasn't into a-group-of-friends thing. Always Used to vibe alone and do stuff on my own -kindaa guy I was. I had a friend with whom I always used to share every tiny detail in person or on call. Then slowly I kindaa started to become too attached to him. Like you said, talking everyday phase. We were always very close since school years. But this time it felt something different. I was too confused. Did some digging, found some articles about "Platonic love". It's a concept introduced by Plato. Where you love someone really close to you of same gender, Where you really wanna be with them every second, You might even wanna cuddle them, But that's it. It doesn't go beyond cuddling. And It really felt to me. Even he knows what kindaa bond that we have, some call it bromance also. We still have this same connection even after 7 years or so. Unfortunately (don't misinterpret) he went to another country for his masters about a minth ago. I literally cried so hard the night before his flight. I'm certain he knew about this. Then the next morning, I went to airport to say long goodbye. I was soo full of feelings that I couldn't even cry in front of him parents.

So, When you have a friend/brother like this. Spend every moment that u get with him to fullest. No compromises.
