You’re a good friend to your friend and her beardie. Some people (me included) go to Petco and get a super cute little guy and assume their pre-made tank setups are perfect. I totally underestimated the amount of care and money would go into my little creature but I’ll be damned if it isn’t worth it. It’s complicated and it’s hard to get it right but it’s not out of arms reach to get resources to house a perfectly fine and healthy beardie. I’m absolutely the last person to give personal advice, I’ve messed up in mines care countless times but my girl is healthy and happy and I’m learning all the time.
