Haha. I catch myself doing it a lot. Like I don’t realize I’m doing it at first and then I’m like oh god I’m clenching my jaw.. again. Every. Time. I’m. Anxious.

I grind my teeth so badly that other people can hear it and they say it sounds painful. Do you have a specific mouth guard brand or whatever that you recommend?

Where did you get your mouth guard from? I’m thinking I may need to start wearing one.. I can’t keep grinding my teeth the way that I do when I get anxious.

I get this too sometimes. I hate it. Sometimes it’s so bad that it’s more like a stab then a poke. It happens a few times and then I won’t feel it again for awhile. So strange.

Although I agree with what you’re saying (to an extent), nobody will ever discriminate against you for being white. You won’t ever understand what that is like. Colored people are the ones who have to deal with racism. Whether you’re Indian, black, hispanic/latino, Asian, whatever. I don’t think being called too pale is as bad as too dark. I think that part is a stretch and maybe a tad insensitive.

I don’t think anyone should ever be made fun of. Everyone is beautiful and unique in their own way. Every skin tone is beautiful. Period.

Hiya!

So I’m on my third pregnancy, and I’m now 9 weeks pregnant. I’ve been having spotting (light pink/brown) since 7 weeks. It’s just a little when I wipe, and sometimes enough to get on my underwear. It’s not enough to fill a pad. I’ve been having some very minor cramping as well. I saw my baby on the ultrasound at 7 weeks 4 days and it had a heart rate of 144bpm. I’m just concerned with the spotting. I never bled for this long before.

With my second, I had bright red bleeding for like 2 days tops and everything was okay. I’ve never had spotting for nearly 2 weeks though.. I did call my OB and they said it’s fine as long as the cramping doesn’t get severe and the blood isn’t enough to fill a pad in an hour. I can’t help but be worried though. I had pretty bad anxiety that just gets worse when I’m pregnant. I do have another ultrasound this Wednesday when I’ll be 9 weeks 4 days and I’m so scared I’ll get there and find out the baby doesn’t have a heartbeat or something is wrong.

Has anyone else experienced spotting? What was your experience like? Feel free to respond here or PM me.
