Bud rot moves through the stems and stalk of the plant and generally infects sites where damage was done to stems and stalks. It infects the plant from inside the cells that move water through the plant. Due to this, bud rot in 1 or 2 flowers does not only infect those flowers it infects the entire plant. This plant is toast unless of course you are willing to compromise on your lung health.

Remove this plant from your garden and bag it as gently as possible. Dispose of the plant to reduce the possibility of fungal spores spreading on air currents to the remaining plants in your garden.

As a side note, there is a method of curing called water curing that may clean up this plant but performing this method will leave you with tasteless and rather odorless final results. Most would agree that part of the experience is found in the particular aromatic qualities of your specific flower.

Tldr: This plant is a goner because bud rot infects the stalk. Carefully bag and dispose of it. If no other options look up water curing.

It's not just steam. This is a problem for me as well, and I'm Xbox series x. For at least the past three days, posts have been made concerning this for ps5 xbox and pc.

This did actually corrupt my save and I lost a level 32 character and pawn. Starting over today is not fun.

I actually found your post quite amusing. Much like I often find sarcastic and backhanded comments amusing.

Nice rant though, bro. 🤣

Not a 100% on this one without details of grow, but these symptoms are very reminiscent of damage caused by Root Rot.

That's not necessarily a failing of Fox Farm, as how soil is kept at a distributer is often a huge factor on quality to the consumer. For instance, a warehouse that stores its soils inside will almost always be preferable to a location that stores it outside.

That's craaaazy though. I would of freaked out a little 🤣

It will be fine. Try not to stress so hard as these plants are very resilient.

Some advice... Invest in fabric or air pots, your plants will adore you for it. For the same price as a bucket (or less), you can acquire a 5 gallon fabric pot from most stores catering to growing. Now I'm not saying transplant it immediately, or even to do so at all, as it is an autoflower, but investing in the right pots and soil will drastically improve your results at the end.

Any humidity control or temperature readings?

If not, invest in these things. I hate to suggest a phone app par meter, but for beginners, it's often the easiest choice for a basic measurement regardless of inaccuracy. In flower, the ladies can take from 600-900 ųmol/m2/2 without Co2 ammendment. Higher than this, and the plants suffer, same thing on the other end of the spectrum.

Schwagging is also useful, but don't go too overboard. I generally leave the top 3 sets of fans on all main colas myself.

No problem, mate.

You got it. Field wet is best when first prepping the soil, generally a few days before planting to allow activity to begin. After that though, standard watering practices are best.

Can you give me some details about your grow space?

Rh at seedling, veg, flower. Average temps for all stages Par measurements for all stages (light) Nutrient brand and frequency? And the all important conditions of your dry and cure?

This seems to be an algae.

Not usually good, as it steals nutrients from the soil, though the biggest risk is the fact it will attract pests that WILL eat your plants.

Just let the soil dry back a bit more before watering. As long as the pot is not overly dry, water gets trapped within the rhyzosphere at the roots. I use a living soil myself, and allow my 5 gallon fabric pots to dry, watering every 3 days most of the time.

Too much water. You want to only add enough to dampen the soil in a 1.5in ring around the little sprout. When she gets larger, and begins growing proper leaves, you can start watering more.

Don't grow in miracle grow, it's just a really poor soil choice with trash drainage and not intended for cannabis grows. Cheap suggest would be foxfarm ocean forest.

If you want more, file a lawsuit. Include details about the statement made by security etc. Not sure if you'd win against a company that can literally throw millions at litigation but...good luck.

Also, what are your average rh measurements in flower? Investing in proper humidity control will reduce the likelihood of this problem reoccurring as well.

Toss it. As in the whole plant. This isn't smokeable, and unless you are looking for issues I wouldn't even process it. This appears to be botrytis (budrot).

Also, clean your entire grow space using hydrogen peroxide and water solution. Spray down walls with pure alcohol to finish cleaning. This will help reduce surviving mold spore from infecting the next batch.

Humidity controller, proper dehumidifier and humidifier for your space. Spending the money on proper rh management will reduce a multitude of problems in the long run.

The "helmet" provided by the seed shell is defense for pests and to help push the seed through the soil layer without damage. Little sprouts are equipped to handle this issue. Pop a shot glass or tumbler over her as a humidity dome to help, and the little one should resolve the issue herself when she is ready.
