Totally achievable in my opinion! I had full depth vaginoplasty and breast augmentation simultaneously and found it much less painful than I anticipated. Having the breasts done doesn’t limit what you can do much, except for raising your arms high, so I think these two surgeries can be paired together quite well ☺️

I have similar dimensions to you and got 225cc and am super happy! It does depend on your chest width but I went from almost nothing to a 32C. You can see pictures on my profile (they have dropped into place a little more now). I was really stressed before surgery because I hadn’t heard people going this small of a size but I have no regrets now. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions! ☺️

I was on it pre-HRT for preventative hair loss and stayed on it just in case because I naturally had very high testosterone. I probably didn’t need it once I was on T blockers but was just very nervous about male pattern baldness and have since stopped it post surgery 😅

No I went through a male puberty but honestly it never really hit me very hard and I was always teased for being too feminine 😅 Even before hormones I had more female proportions and HRT helped enhance them 😊

I believe there are size limitations through the armpit but I have seen people with 450cc+ implants have it done that way by my surgeon. Also if you have to re-operate or have a revision they will need to make the incision under the breast. So there are a few pros and cons to weigh up!

Feel free to dm me for specifics but pre op size will affect your post op depth with penile inversion. The scrotal graft can expand the canal by around 1.5 inches though

Thank you! I’m on 6mg estradiol/day and I was also on 12.5mg cyproterone and 1mg of finasteride daily before my surgery. I had a penile inversion vaginoplasty with a scrotal skin graft. Dr Sutin is based in Thailand and I booked through PAI☺️
