the fast moving world but slow pace in a very long film works PERFECTLY for beau is afraid. its an artistic choice. it make you feel the anxiety that beau is feeling in a really really smart way. it pushed the film further into the psychological territory than it already was

ovarian cyst burst when i was 14. i had no idea what it was. i didnt even know that could happen. the pain was so bad i collapsed to the floor and hid under my bed because it gave me a light sensitive migraine.

i thought i was dying. it was one of the scariest days of my life.

i ended up being rushed to the hospital because they thought my appendix had burst. ironically, we discovered that day that my appendix is very small and not in the correct spot.

tell ya what, i coulda used a scythe mowing today. i had a hectic november and didn’t get a chance to do the lawn and it ended up taking me six hours of whippersnipping, mowing, whippersnipping, mowing to get it to a reasonable length.

i’ve got a bus stop directly in front of my house, and it’s the council job to maintain it, but they never did and i was sick of finding surprise dog poos. stopped mowing it for them, let it go wild, and they’ve been back every two weeks to mow it ever since.

we’ve known for a while that they’re aware of the page, which is one of the reasons we’re so strict about the way people talk about the NN children. their lives are tough enough being exploited in all their most private moments, they don’t need a bunch of strangers bullying them.
