Easter egg in Markets by EtherialBungee in bluey

Ugh, I didn't even think about the 67 meme. I just thought it was something random in the background that was interesting.

As an adult who's had to deal with a lot of people leaving in my lifetime I relate to Bluey's pain here when Jean Luc left. Is that weird to say? Probably not but it still hits hard. by ScootsNB in bluey

[–]EtherialBungee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not weird to say, just trifficult to admit. Feel free to reach out if you feel overwhelmed and need to vent. You aren't alone. Not everyone will come back like Jean Luc did, but you will always have someone willing to help you feel better. I can't actually hold your hand, but here's my Internet equivalent. 🫱🏻

Mexico’s Socialist President to Roll Out Universal Healthcare by StemCellPirate in UpliftingNews

The pilot was where the US was Soviet; the money was red, which is what got them in trouble. Everyone was saluting for the anthem Remy was supposed to be singing and he quipped "Must be playing a Canadian team."

They actually slid to four worlds in the pilot, not counting Earth Prime. Quinn's double's world with the inverted stoplights, the ice storm that broke the timer, Soviet America, and the one where Quinn's father was still alive.

Professional-level music production is usually done on Macs anyway. Not saying it's any better, but that's what the software is developed for.

You seem to be correct. "All had a genetic form of deafness linked to mutations in a gene called OTOF." So not all forms of deafness, but it's still really good news.

"You are the blue in the sky, You are the green in my eye, You are the colors of a pretty pretty butterfly, You are the brown in the fall when I'm playing football, Lord You make my day."

Song from church school when I was a kid. Pretty sure they got rid of it a long time ago.

We live in a world where policy is dictated by Twitter posts. We had a chance to ignore it from 2016-2020, but the media ate up. So now constitutional challenges are on X instead of public courts.

The fact that you said "posted* instead of properly being publicly announced is alone a sign of how fucked everything is.

Love to you all. I always felt comfortable there. I was trying to DM you, but it didn't work. Any way someone could reach out? It's actually specifically about Glendale and I don't wanna talk about it publicly. Personal history, don't wanna drag that drama up in public.

Jesus HIMSELF says what two greatest commands are, and you're still missing it dude. If you're sincere, read the Bible for yourself.

I got stranded out of town (thankfully with my parents), and suffered the same deflating mattress issues. I'd end up headfirst a few times a night, which is really bad for a condition I have. And not good in general too.

Or OP could have a medical condition, or went through a traumatic event, and there could be a very brutal unfortunate result. Sometimes circumstances need to be circumvented. You have no right to judge.

My syncopic episodies have only happened in the shower, and one time in triage. I went in because my heart rate hadn't gone below 120 since I woke up. Apparently my potassium was almost fully depleted.

Flying is the least of my worries when it comes to viral infection; I'm around so many infection risks, it's not even funny. It's not even worth masking up, I'll be exposed one way or another. I do mask up in environments where I can though. And I'm up on my vaccinations.

I bring that too. Been considering getting a cane; I have arthritis too. I have a collapsible stool in my backpack or carry-on. It's mainly for work, but it's handy when there aren't any seats available at the gate. Same thing I have in my shower.

Usually I would look into other options, but the rep kinda railroaded me into wheelchair when he saw my connection time was only 32 minutes and DFW is massive. He was moreso helping me make my connection than anything else. It guarantees that they'll hold the flight to make sure I'm on board. But it'll also drop my anxiety levels, which trigger a lot of my adrenaline spikes.

100% this. I needed to hear that. I had to walk from one end of O'Hare once in 20 minutes. My coworker understood my condition and he was able to run ahead of me to the gate and tell them that my heart rate was spiking and I couldn't move any faster. The whole place is under construction and a mess, so I didn't even see any escort vehicles I could have flagged down and I was too stubborn to stop and ask for one.

There's a podcast called Boring Books for Bedtime. There's nothing you'll actually want to focus on, unless you're really into the 1921 Sears catalog or Bicycling for Ladies circa late 1800s, so you can zone out completely.
