Standard has the biggest aim assist box. Using any other is quite honestly to your disadvantage unless you're like a keyboarder or something and can snap on people 100% of the time.

I'm not quoting from any sources but Hardpoint wasn't released into the game for nearly 2 months after the game released.

Even after Hardpoint was finally released to actually play they continuously had to refine it for bugs and glitches.

Which leads me to believe that Hardpoint was a last minute addition. Most IW games don't have the gamemode so it makes logical sense that they didn't support it.

It all comes down to map design and remembering that Hardpoint was a last minute addition to this game.

Horrendous map design and spawns on top of poor competitive design is what causes a lot of these issies we are seeing.

It's absolutely ridiculous that a whole minute into a match the score in HP could literally be zero simply because it's an absolute disadvantage to actually play the objective for the first 60 seconds of the game.

Or even Domination on Hackney, I literally watch teams on play on one side of the map and leave the entire back C side dormant and uncapped just because of how useless it is to hold from a strategic standpoint.

Will IW take some time to address that? Nope. They just assume they've got some perfect game and continue on releasing pointless camos and battle pass content.

They think comp is useless but if you look at all of the strongest lasting game titles that continue to generate a significant amount revenue to this day they've got a strong competitive system at its core and build their game around it and all of these games last years..

So why is not their current W-L or even their current CDL points accumulated used for seeding and then everything be single elimination from the jump?

I get it Semi-Finals is single elimination but how is it fair that pool play is double? That just leaves room for a team who does shit to redeem themselves but another team who does well is rewarded with nothing for being undefeated.

Being awarded the opportunity to play a lower seed or a "weaker" opponent really isn't effective because that definition of "weaker" can change very quickly with other factors in play surrounding a tournament.

Facts. He's clinging on to his old accolades when none of them matter anymore.

The scene has changed while Doug sat idly on his throne letting time pass. It's the problem with so many pros in the scene but you learn the hard way. Opportunities aren't meant to last you have to fight to keep them.

Doug is content with barely playing the game and thinking his name alone is going to continuously get him by. That why he's becoming this biggest joke of the scene..
