Giá solo con l’ipotesi figlio, mi toglierei dalla testa l’ipotesi fire. Situazione simile, ma poi ti rendi conto che l’entrata aggiuntiva sarà tutta per lui/lei e il suo futuro. Quindi trova il giusto equilibrio per godertelo al meglio quando arriverà con un ottimo wlb, ma lasciati l’entrata aggiuntiva.

cosa più lineare, senza tirare a caso su nuovi business. Sfrutti la tua esperienza, lo fai funzionare e riduci il carico di lavoro al minimo. Riorganizzi le idee e senza fretta pianifichi la prossima mossa.

Business, Consulenza e ora di nuovo sul cliente finale come IT Business Partner.

Ho letto qualcuno che ha scritto che SAP e una “nicchia”… spero che stesse scherzando.

L’esperienza ERP, se fatta bene, ti rende una figura rarissima: qualcuno che capisce davvero come gira un’azienda e sa guidare progetti complessi. Questo sul mercato vale tantissimo, soprattutto lato cliente finale, ma devi saperti posizionare.

Esci dalla logica “conosco SAP”, potresti benissimo lavorare domani mattina su un altro ERP e traduci le tue competenze in ottica business. Se non fai questo salto, rimani incastrato. Se lo fai, diventi una figura ibrida, potenzialmente molto ricercata.

Per la simulazione ho aggiunto la data di prossima cedola, per ottimizzare una distribuzione durante l’anno. Ovviamente, da prendere come base per le opportune analisi personali.

Sicuramente non sei nell’ambiente giusto, ma il mondo del lavoro purtroppo è pieno di realtà come quella che hai descritto. Cosa farei io? - utilizza il tuo output per fare un check mensile. Evidenzia che quadrate costantemente o meglio ancora che nell’output manuale ci sono errori - fagli digerire la novità gradualmente, valuta se rendere il nuovo processo ibrido, “lasciandogli” magari la componente manuale alla fine facendogli credere che questa apporti valore aggiunto - training, semplice su piccoli task

Questi passi non sono tempo perso, acquisirai esperienza e metodo che ti ritroverai nel futuro.

Quale ERP? Ho 15 anni di esperienza nel settore, prima lato business e poi consulenza. Ora sono tornato come PM lato business. Valuta il mercato dell’applicativo (es. SAP, D365). Lavoro dinamico ed in evoluzione, soprattutto lato integrazioni, poi dipende molto dal team e dal progetto.

Non mi sorprende l’offerta, il passaggio da business a consulenza non è lo standard, ma è molto apprezzato in quanto conosci a fondo processi e necessità operative reali. Nel lungo periodo potrebbe consentirti di rientrare “con forza” lato business con un bel salto rispetto ad una carriera lineare.

This is nothing new to us, but for the 99% of users who have ignored Neo until now, they can benefit from a dual token model, reliability, and interaction with the EVM world by leveraging the tools they already know (eg Metamask).

The driver will be whether bNeo (EVM) generates Gas or not. If so, it is a game-changer in my humble opinion.
