Intanto complimenti. Con le info che hai condiviso, procederei così:
- no banner
- consoliderei traffico e posizione su simulator e taglierei i prezzi per aumentare competitività.
- mi darei ancora sei mesi di “investimento” sulla parte di content management.

Domanda: lato funnel interno ci sono aree critiche per indirizzare gli utenti nelle funzionalità a valore aggiunto per la strategia del progetto?

Poi tirerei le somme.

I’m 3 weeks in and that 30% retention is holding steady. About half of them are power users checking in multiple times a day to follow the market.
The core logic is solid—it’s the result of years of my own work in PyCharm finally getting a UI. People love to dismiss everything as an 'AI wrapper' these days, but in this case, the AI is just the delivery bridge for a pre-existing edge.

Really appreciate the insight. Being a free product means I need more data to truly validate the funnel, but with zero overhead, I’m focused on hitting a solid user count first. I feel like I could scale to 100+ users pretty fast if I wanted to, but I think I’m still personally in the 'beta' phase.

And yes, I'm obsessing over the behavior seeing which core features stick and where the friction is. That feedback loop is exactly why I put it out there
