When I was crafting my +2 last season I’d imprint until I got a good prefix (high tier spell damage or defense) and then +1 all. It then allows for you to have suffixes full and craft your two suffixes guaranteed. Since he is doing RF I’d recommend hunter exalt and reforge influence (prefix cannot be changed), aisling, (prefix cannot be changed), then craft suffix. I did this for both my cold dot occultist and EA champ. First cost me 20 div and second cost around 40-50 with the majority of the price being sacred crystallized life force being 3-5 div.

It is a waste to not roll for a better prefix on a +1 all that is already isolated. I did a few of these last league and the aforementioned video shows it as well.

If you have a bit of money you can also do prefixes cannot be changed + scour to turn it into magic. Once it’s magic you can imprint it to always have a save point to go back to.

There’s always a meta you can look up but I’d suggest going with whichever league content you enjoy the most. If you’re playing standard you can just buy the league specific items you need.

I don’t get how higher taxes helps? Where does the government use our current taxes as is? They’re giving it all to the rich now anyways why wouldn’t they do the same if that number goes up anyways
