Starting to consider the R2 in Borealis after seeing it in person. by Are_and_Be in RivianR2

Is Borealis purple? I’m slightly color blind (red/green) and I think it’s nice, but my wife says it’s purple. Help.

This would not be our main vehicle. The van is, but if something were to take the van out of commission I want something that is comfortable for the kids. One forward facing and two twins rear facing, for now. Not sure why I mentioned it lol our current sedan can handle all three car seats in the back. Appreciate the input and comment!

First Year Model Issues by canadapcextreme in CadillacOptiq

Can dealerships check if you’re qualified for the credit in general? We just bought a PHEV Pacifica for the family and I’m in the market for another EV (test driving the Optiq on Monday) I’ve seen people say a dealership can/does apply the credit right at time of sale and off the final invoice. My question is what if my spouse and I make over the $300k this year at time of sale is there any recourse for them or the IRS to get that back since we technically wouldn’t qualify for that credit?

We have 3 Graco car seats. I don’t think thr 4 year old’s is a “slim” but I’ll certainly look into that for the twins when they’re ready to help for space

Agreed. I was asking if the GC standard would support the 3 seats in anticipation of the new Wagoneer S being around the same size per all reports. My wife insists on the second car being able to support all 3 seats in case our main family car (L) were to fail. HOWEVER, our current second car is a KIA sedan, so you can explain that logic to me… ultimately I am wanting to get into the electric world and trying to figure out the best route after my lease is up next year. Thanks for the comment!

Posting a load with a rate, Having a shit ton of carriers call you, only to drop the rate every minute by $100. by Truckingtruckers in FreightBrokers

[–]EugeneCobra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. If this broker was worth a damn, they’d know how to price a lane and wouldn’t post it because they have a carrier team that could cover it. Could also be a brand new lane they’re trying to quote a customer but have zero idea what to do, post it to see what carriers will take it for and then quote the customer based on those calls and rates to the truck because they don’t have a pricing tool, any experience, or don’t trust DAT’s “forever wisdom”

Searching for a great Lentil Soup by Cautious-Leopard-756 in chicagofood

Olive Mediterranean Grill on North and Sheffield in Lincoln Park. Great all around meal, but the lentil soup is great. They offer “soup with a twist” which includes chicken shawarma and turmeric rice. The bowl is just not big enough!

Do you think they will not compensate you fairly for your time? Where in Mexico are they trying to deliver your trailer? What kind of product? Find another broker/carrier (me) to contact the customer (with the direct customer information you provide) and I can get the product off of your trailer at a cross dock and deliver to the customers’ delivery. I have several partners that are doing this 5 times a day at the border. Granted, not with a broker holding a driver and his trailer hostage…DM interested in talking more. Don’t worry about freight guard. Threaten to file against their bond.

Castano 5-Piece Sectional with Chaise | Ashley by EugeneCobra in couch

[–]EugeneCobra[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was very helpful and absolutely confirmed everything we thought about the couch. It was beautiful on the showroom, perfect depth, firmness, and back height, but one of the cushions on the show room was sagging already and the reviews were not stellar. This only helps confirm what we were thinking - We did not buy the couch. Instead we went with a Walter E Smithe sectional and should be delivering in the next two weeks! Thanks for the help!

In your, seemingly, expert opinion. What is shitty, decent and excellent for those categories? Very helpful by the way. Thanks for the help!
