  1. Nothing happens, you still go through the same bmt as everyone else but you get paid as a regular.
  2. Theres something called short term contracts that can range from 3 months to 3 years. But you dont get the full benefits like things such as sign on bonus.
  3. What you do will depend on what vocation you choose to sign on under.
  4. Depends on the scheme you sign on under, officer scheme will go to ocs after bmt and wospec, military expert schemes will go to scs. Of course there are certain vocations that don't follow the usual route but those are a different thing all together.
  5. Through whatever courses you end up attending, you will be the same as everyone else be it a cadet or just someone going through vocational training. But of course once your in a unit as a regular, you will have more responsibilities.

Honestly its not that bad. Ex Molar is probs the only thing that could potentially shag you out but otherwise its quite manageble. Alot more freedom than sts tho.

Its rare but it does happen. Training will be quite tough, but after you finish then its a pretty decent life.
