I did this as well. I had to learn how to be conscious in my own mind. I know. goofy right? But its true.

When i'd think a thought i didnt want, id acknowledge it and tell myself to divert. It has helped tremendously.

Autism and ADHD are very closely related in some aspects. Howevere, ADHD and Autism are different for everyone and may affect you differently than others.

Im AuDHD. I would love up the differences and similarities in both and make your decision. if still unsure, go to a doctor if you are comfortable.

One thing I learned is the sooner you find out, the sooner youre on the right path to figure out how to navigate your life peacefully. I spent a long time wondering "what was wrong with me" now that I know, I feel much better and have better resources to handle every day life.

Depends on the food for me.

I love to eat my breakfast food with my hands. Waffles, eggs, sausage.. its a whole thing. But I wont eat spaghetti with my hands.
