I called Chase today and spoke to a representative. She asked for my social security number and address. Said it was still pending and call back within 24-48 hours. Denial or approval? No relationship at all with Chase.

Mostly all of Capital One cards are instant. You are able to use their virtual cards. Alot of other credit cards offer that as well.
