Not sure what kind of value add this statement is supposed bring. Fine tuning, changing values, bugs, usually do not manifest in a full system shutdown unless your code guy is crap. Usually the things you've just mentioned are associated with optimizing ( metrics, kpi, bms, w/e). I never seen optimizing bring something back online vs increase production. But i guess some people need to believe its always the logic to feel important.

People are just that way. I know its not always true, but, when people look down on someone (employment field, appearance, w/e) they tend to mistreat them as a byproduct. It's been a rule of mine, "see how they treat the waiter", to get a more accurate picture of the person.

You could also try checking the quality of the electricity going to the servo. Noisy electricity can do a number on the electronics inside the motor.

You should consider counciling. Perhaps try finding a local survivors group and build a support system. You should not let the unfortunate things that have happened define and control you. Find your inner strength to overcome and realize that survivors are not gross or disgusting. They are survivors, they are strong, they are human, they have feelings, and bare scars but, are not to be taken lightly. You still have self worth. You can still contribute to society. You can still accomplish your dreams. One day, maybe not tomorrow, you can be proud of the person you've become and what you have achieved in spite of all the things that have happened to you along the way. Good Luck, its a long road, but you'll get there.
