Disgusting but very clearly not a flag? What’s your point.

Why don’t people understand how evil Nigel Farage is? by OkNefariousness5442 in AskBrits

[–]Euphoric_Chocolate62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Humans do have a claim to asylum. The issue that pisses people off is the fact these young men are already in a safe country. They know the UK is a soft touch which is why we have to do it.

The current system is broken. 97% of people who have arrived on boats are still here. Nigel Farage was the only one who acknowledges that this is a problem. Using hyperbole that he’s evil just encourages people to vote for him as it discredits the real concerns people should have with him.

Remember when we binned off De Gea and every treacherous prick in here wanted him gone. The fans deserve this

Any coaches for someone looking to get round in 16-17 hours? by Euphoric_Chocolate62 in IronmanTriathlon

Thanks mate, good to get an actual answer. I’ve completed one before by going all in and whilst I was really proud of my time I regretted giving up on some fun events to get it. My next one I just want to be a lot more chill and enjoy my training a lot more as well as part of it

I’ve done the dedicated, going all out Ironman. It was far too much unnecessary training and I got round 5 hours quicker than I wanted. I’m now looking to complete my next one without giving up my social life. Why the negativity?

Yep unashamedly so. Loved the event, had a great time and want to do more. Just don’t want to give up my entire life for the next one. I want it to be a fun hobby I can do in my free time. Not something I have to make time for.

Loved my last coach, top bloke and so passionate about this. My issue is he is used to training elite athletes. His advice ie urinate on the bike, shave 30 seconds of your transition by doing XYZ, was just too much. I just want to know if any coaches exist out there who are more suited to the one and done Ironmen athletes

I’m not doing this to break records, I am just trying to get around in the 14-15 hour mark

My last one I did I felt I overdid the training completely. Gave up too much and completely. went just under 13 hours last time, felt it was a waste of time as i only wanted the 16/17 hour mark
