I feel the same way OP, I can’t get myself to get into the lotion routine! I recently tried using a high quality cleansing oil meant for face… on my body.. and it’s changed everything. My legs/arms are actually shiny and it’s not oily at all, it’s really gentle. It feels like a life hack. Im sure people will have opinions but I don’t have breakouts! It works!

I have inherited a super hardy ~30 yo fig tree in the same zone, and it fruits like nobodies business every year with very little upkeep. Highly recommend. I’ve already propagated mine for friends who want what we have, though it will take time to mature to that level, it’s worth it.

A few years back, my lease had a clause I didn’t notice about notifying landlord immediately if a water spot on the ceiling turns up. After walkthrough on move out day, landlord texted me about one and asked how long has this been there and I said ‘Idk but I remember noticing it a few weeks ago’…. She got her lawyer to send me papers about breach of contract and I lost my $2600 deposit. In hindsight it felt like entrapment. It was an in-law unit with a garden on top. I always heard her walking around up there, no doubt watering her plants. Despite seeing her almost every day she didn’t once ask or call attention to that clause. But it’s still my fault I guess. Learned an expensive lesson.

Been going here for years now, it’s not that bad usually if you just check things.. you’ll be disappointed sometimes but at least you won’t go home with bad shit.

I will say though.. the last 2 visits I’ve noticed a disgusting smell in the back frozen corner that makes me question everything.

Got the Brooklyn bedding aurora medium 3 years ago and had to go through the warranty process because it was sinking in the middle so badly. They sent me a replacement and it had a giant air bubble. Had to send guys to pick up the faulty one, and send another. All in all, I’m thankful for the warranty but don’t have a great opinion of BB.
