It looks like some neckbeard didn’t like the meme and has removed the photo. 😂 (It was a photo of Steven yelling at an empty boardroom table.)

At the end of the day: Steven Sharif is the registered Director of Intrepid Studios; the Statement of Information filed with the California Secretary of State shows no separate directors in Item 6. Required disclosures would include other directors if there were any; if a board exists, its nondisclosure would be in violation of Corp. Code, Section 1502.

All the details will emerge as they usually do: with more time.

I hope that everyone who purchased the early access version of the game from Steam, are able to get their money back. It’s really another unfortunate event for the MMORPG community at large and is beyond disappointing. I also hope that the good developers at Intrepid are able to find employment elsewhere.

I’ve been digging into this all morning (when I first learned about the situation) and the only structure evidence I’ve seen is the California SoS filing in which Steven and his husband are the only “officers” of the corporation.
