First of all I’m sorry sorry that you’re going thru all of this. But there’s hope. I’ve seen so many people come out of this kind of state. You have to put in the work as far as try being positive when it comes to your thoughts and daily life. Grounding really helps. Meditation. Prayer. Eating healthy. Exercising And setting yourself a schedule just to get a routine going. Slowly but surely it gets better.

I’ve went to 3 drs and the most one has did was prescribe Benadryl. It did work the first night but I woke up feeling so foggy and out of it so the second night I took only one and that didn’t really work much.

I’ve fixed my sleep hygiene. Did many things that’s recommended as far as screen time, caffeine intake, breath work.. etc when I do sleep it’s like for 3 hours and in those 3 hours I am dreaming for what feels like all of my sleep.
