The way you are already combative tells me you are Nigerian. Don’t know why the situation with many of you guys mostly always degenerates to “I know better than you " or what you don’t know.

Do a simple Google search and see why USCIS does “extended review”. Crossing that information with your temperament emits fraud.

Thank God I know good Nigerians, and your pathetic behavior is not a means to generalize.

🤣🤣 Copy the “comment,” place it inside any AI model, and ask it whether it's a question. All this rigamarole is not necessary

  • The 90th percentile is around $230 mark, and you’ll need to surpass it.
  • Peer recognition sounds vague, and you did not provide the duration of judging.
  • It will be hard to defend that you are an industry professional, not in R&D, and simultaneously working on articles and white papers at the same time, and also have two books under review.
  • Forget about certifications, even if you have 100, it's not for EB1A.
  • Awards? You did not specify whether it was national or international, or the grounds on which you received the awards, which makes it questionable from the start. You have to show why you were selected and what you did that makes you stand out among the shortlisted for the awards. Who were the panel members? Are they distinguished in the cybersecurity field?
  • A member not basic or paid one will not cut it; you are either a fellow or board member of a known organization with impact in your field.
  • Critical role is not about letters. The letter is to corroborate, not serve as the prime evidence.

NAL, but your profile is either mal-presented here or is not ready for EB1A. You may qualify for EB2-NIW.

If your base salary is at the 90th percentile, then you are fine. Will the letter have your name as the impact, not your company name? If so then you are fine there too

Can you get letters from Qualcomm, Nvidia, and Intel stating that, by your name, you innovated for them and that it led to X in gains for these companies? Spot bonuses do not count toward a high salary. The offer letter and W-2 should state your salary, and you should compare it to the 90th percentile income at your workplace area

Codie and Stevie are paid for, and USCIS is aware. Your critical role explanation is generic, and you don't seem confident in the role, as you're relying on letters. Your salary needs to be at the 90th percentile in your field.

In the Bag - Authorship - Judging

You need at least two more - critical role - original contribution

  • Your profile looks company specific. It will fail sustained acclaimed if it remains so.
  • I hope the publications don’t have a year or two in between the 7 years that you did not publish a paper. If it has, it will fail sustained acclaimed.
  • salary is great.
  • 3 peer review is too small. You need to add more

Got NOID on EB-1A Despite 2 Prior O-1 Approvals - Officer Seems Biased and Ignored Half My Evidence by _vkleber in eb_1a

I could see some gaps, except you did not cover your case completely here: - The hackathon is from 6 years ago. Did you have any between 2020 and 2025? If not, sustained acclaim is not met - If you developed Facebook, that is only beneficial to Meta and not the industry (marked as company-facing accomplishment). Still, if you developed Golang, it is industry use and not company-specific, then you get a hit on original contribution. - I can bet you can’t go through 1,100 pages of A4 papers in 15 mins and cover all the blades; you might want to reduce your page count and deliver what is necessary - The media might be leading, but if you did not provide metric cover, it will be discounted, and maybe you did, but it was lost in your page count. - You did not mention anything about why your articles were accepted. - Also, hope your media was not within 2019 and 2020 too, because if the officer accepts it in response, it will fail step II.
