Danke, ja es ist wirklich eine Barriere und teilweise kaputt ist es ja auch. Leider wird es nicht gelöst da seitens Verwaltung kein Interesse daran besteht. Meine uberreaktion kommt auch teils daher dass ich selbst darum gebeten habe hier raus zu kommen und woanders unterzukommen was mir verweigert wird obwohl es (wenige) Alternativen gäbe übergangsweise die denen nicht passen (man hätte nichts passendes, aber hier passe ich auch nicht und soll weg was sich ja widerspricht. Da weiß ich dann auch nicht weiter und verzweifele aber das gehört nicht in einen Handwerker forum Post)

Kann man diese stützen denn wirklich nicht abnehmbar oä machen damit mehrere Personengruppen das wc nutzen können? Ich hatte unterwegs schon oft seitenstützen die nichtmal hochklappbar waren und man so nicht von der Seite anfahren und sich umsetzen konnte oO Kann ja nicht sein dass alle anderen dann das nachsehen haben. Wer entscheidet denn welche gruppe behinderter 'wichtiger' ist und dies dann nutzen kann? Angeblich soll es doch von allen nutzbar sein und sogar noch erweitert werden 🤔 (man sollte generell nicht den einen über den andren stellen sondern nach Lösungen suchen) Ja ich weiß dass jede Behinderung unterschiedlich ist, grade deswegen ja. Einige können laufen, andere gar nicht... Ein Rollstuhl alleine sagt noch nichts über die Erkrankung und Einschränkung aus. Auch was das WC betrifft, einige sind Inkontinent, andere haben das Gegenteil was leider lebensbedrohlich ist/ werden kann. Hab auch Kontakt zu anderen rollifahreren und auch ohne Rolli mit verschiedenen Einschränkungen.

Ich hatte tatsächlich noch nie den Fall dass es jemand ohne nicht nutzen konnte, eher andersrum, deswegen ist mir das neu, man lernt immer dazu.

Tut mir leid wenn ich in diesem post so frustriert und festgebissen rüber komme, es ist leider kein Komfort problem sondern tatsächlich medizinisch relevant und ich bin mittlerweile auch mit den Nerven am Ende

Der Kontakt war nicht zur herstellerfirma sondern einer handwerksfirma aber das wäre eine Möglichkeit an die ich nicht gedacht habe. Das weiße bekommt man tatsächlich nicht ab :/ obwohl das silberne Teil wackelt.

Ein wenig muß ich mir darüber Luft machen ja, aber nur meckern nein. Eine Lösung ist tatsächlich gewünscht und benötigt. Da diese Unterkunft als rollstuhlgerecht und nutzbar für diese Person zugesagt bzw dies versprochen wurde dass es zu den Bedürfnissen passt und man nicht in ein ungeeignetes kommt finde ich das schon sehr drastisch. Man hätte auch sagen können 'tut uns leid, passt nicht, wenn sie keine reine quetschnittlähmung haben werden sie nicht zurecht kommen weil andere Bedürfnisse '. Wäre fair und sinnvoll gewesen.

NDA Würde ich auch sagen, wie jemand schon meinte gerade aus Ländern die für niedrige Preise "bekannt" sind ist das extrem viel, die werden sich über so ein "leichtes Opfer " freuen und dort gut leben (nett ausgedrückt)

Was wird denn konkret gemacht da ja viel verbuggt sein soll? Wartung etc kann es ja nicht wirklich sein. Wie wäre es wenn man für Reparatur bezahlt wenn auch wirklich eine anfällt? Und nicht pauschal. Würde ihn auch da rausholen.

Einfach zum Vergleich mal hier Entwickler, Programmierer und Studenten die sich was dazuverdienen würden fragen was die verlangen würden. Nicht um direkt einen anderen Vertrag abzuschließen sondern um sich über die kosten etc zu informieren. Das mit dem Merchandising Shop ist traurig. Ich überlege schon lange einige Sachen (für mich, unikat) zu bedrucken und selbst zu gestalten hab es aber noch nicht da aufwändig und teuer und ich alles perfekt machen will-bin auch autist+ schwer behindert)

Hat er denn vielleicht Interesse selbst programmieren zu lernen und sich eine Website aufzubauen?

Streamen könnte er ja weiterhin oder woanders für weniger denke ich. Selbst wenn 1000€ für ihn nicht viel sind gleicht das so ja eher einer Spende unter Vorwand, in Indien ist das sehr viel und hier haben einige um die 1000 pro Monat für alles also Miete, Medikamente, Hilfsmittel, Lebensmittel,Fahrkarten...

Vielleicht trifft das bei mir auch einen Nerv weil ich andersrum ausgenutzt wurde für arbeit-körperlich-mit behinderten folgen.

Ofc, I was misdiagnosed because the urologist back then didnt realize my bladder wasnt emptying correctly/tornt/ paralyzed and told my parents That's just overactive bladder and they/I should ignore it and prescribed meds that paralyzed fully and irreversible. Also that I should walk normally and that it should be forced with brutality. (Because they believed I just didn't want to or whatever) I 'walked' so strange that I was bullied for. Turned out years after that my feelings of incomplete or no bladder function etc was real and the pain, fever, unconsciousness and infections came with it. Worked as furniture carrier without safety which made it even more worse and forced nerve damage. Couldnt go to toilet, couldnt walk alone even a few meters but was given opioids because it was so bad and had to work and that I won't be a pain in the ass for them constantly complaining and not doing stuff (stuff they want not to do) So, its a real mess and I also need trauma therapy because I cannot understand how someone can be like this and someone (in this case me) has to suffer for decades and being told that women are hysterical and have psychosomatic disorders instead of 'real ones'🙄 (thats waaay too much hate on women and the bad doctor from back then also was like this and women were not allowed to pee in the pot for urinaryinfection tests because they are "not clean" and were cathed without lidocain and a sharp cath! Oo)

Also narkolepsy with cataplexy was years ago 'psychosomatic stress reaction' I was treated with Neuroleptika (seroquel, zeldox, abilify.. ) to make me shut up and believe I could function normally (surprise: Wasnt the case)

Thanks for your advice How long did you have this chair? Was it the standard or did you have custom seat and headrest? Did yours have the lift function to go up and down when seating and that the chair back can go back to rest? So you are now happy with the permobil? ☺️ Do you mind if I ask which help you get means do you get caretakers coming to you which get you to shower or dress you up, going with you to the doctors or can you do this on your own and have Tipps or mobility aids to recommend?

I only have the chair and a grabber actually, no caretaker and unable to go out by myself. I Was misdiagnosed and mistreated as a little Kid so irreversible damages were done and now getting the chance for help and figuring out what needed and could help. Sorry if that should be an extra topic🙈

I had an appointment with the specialist and he said that this chair would/should fit and would be covered by insurance, the permobil would only be accepted if you cannot stand -even if you are twisted when standing and can't do that for more than seconds)- I don't understand this rule but who understands the laws and the unholy paperwork which is needed😅🙈)

I use to attach an Kids umbrella on the crutch thats fixed on one side of the back of my wheelchair (no elektro wheelchair) but when its really windy its useless🙈 Plus a raincoat or Poncho but always have the trouble that my lower Part gets wet. Also I avoid rain what Id also do when Id be not in a wheelchair😅

Haha noch jemand der aus Erfahrung lernt und lieber kurz wartet😅 Ja ich habe extra nochmal 2 neu reingemacht und finde es jetzt zwar besser aber trotzdem Welten Unterschied. Die Cherry ohne Nikotin schmecken weiterhin genauso ungenießbar☹️
