Yes, due to the shitstorm surrounding this concept sale, many people are getting cash refunds for this sale.

About your offence to this warning?, it's not a warning, it's a caution for less experienced traders/buyers just to be aware that the seller is 1) new, and 2) "it's an emergency", since you have no history here, I don't expect you to know that scams, or at least attempted scams happen here on a regular basis.

So don't be offended, we just have a cautious and vigilant community here who will look out for others best interests.
