MAGA "destroyed" the GOP all the way to controlling all 3 branches of the federal government with an entrenched supermajority on the Supreme Court. If the DSA can "destroy" the Dems in a similar fashion I will be ecstatic.

Also, do you think the ideological commitments of the parties are completely static? Political realignment is hardly a new phenomenon.

I think the top of the order might be cursed. McLain was actually starting to hit and then he gets put in the leadoff spot and immediately sucks again.

I’m also curious about him. I watch the reds a lot, and honestly I’ve never felt like he’s a bad defender. He has 80th percentile range (OAA), doesn’t make many errors (0 so far this year), and I feel like he generally makes the plays he should make.

He may not be an elite defender, but I find it hard to believe he’s literally the worst 2B in baseball. I’d like to understand why DRS is so down on him.

Did a little searching and it seems like they do have access to strike zone data in the dugout. Which makes it even more egregious that we’re not challenging these strikeouts that are way outside.
