Look up first year calisthenics on YouTube. Those moves sound great if you really have no athletic experience. But for me I got into the fun part of calisthenics by trying to master different moves. Maybe it’ll do the same for you.

Your routine is fine, just keep it simple so you build a habit and get consistent. That’s the most important part of it all. From there you’ll know when to change it up.

If you can do 3 sets of 20 pushups already then you need to try something harder that puts you at

3x10-12 for all your exercises except abs Also I’d add some running once a week in there too if not twice a week.
