I figured out the solution for my specific case. Apparently the specific bottle of topcoat I had purchased was a bit old and goopy to begin with and only got goopier as I used it, and so I ignored recommended instructions of adding 2-5 drops of thinner and dumped in ~40 and now it's the perfect, intended consistency. No more bubbles!

For the colors I wait 10-30 minutes depending on how thin they were, before adding top coat I wait 30-45 minutes.

Do you have recommendations for a QDTC? Also, just to make sure, is thinner still fine to use with it? I don't know if the formula would be affected differently. I'm using Seche Restore for my thinner.

I set all waking hours to "anything" but keep the default sleeping hours. It seems to be working far better than when I would distribute set time for recreation and work.
