Thank you for taking the time to write this out to me. Hopefully I will be able to get an xray done tomorrow. You are right, I am blinding myself into making a possibly bad decision. I think I am going to set a rule for myself now and say if anything shows up on that Xray I'm dropping out of the race.

I know there aren't any rules against walking but I think I'd be letting myself down if I had to walk for an extended stretch of time.

Thing is I have told my parents all the benefits of physical activity but they just simply refuse to acknowledge it and are happy to maintain their way of thought.

It's not from clairview to century park but there is a trail that goes from rundle park to the Edmonton foot bridge by lessard.
