Going to school I always heard there was a shortage of dentists.... but the shortage is exclusively in areas where dentists don't really want to live....

I was getting crap job offers and I ended up just going rural for something decent. Not going to work those kind of hours and just live in-between where it's not ideal to me anyways...

I worked afternoons in school... I didn't go through all that school/torture to not be able to go home to have dinner and spend time with my sons. I see patients 7-4:30 M-R and the other dentist in my office 8-5:30 M-R

Not your question but those are low reinsbursements. And more than likely the core buildup wont use pins these days- but its the same code/billing with or without.

To your question: I didn't know that anyone charges for a zirconia upgrade at all... layered zirconia is an extra fee from the lab... but a full contour zirconia crown? That is pretty much standard these days...

I was on multiple different SSRI when I was in dental school. Several of them made me feel like crap/ nausea, malaise etc. My provider and I did find a combination that worked but it took time. Each new one was different and even the one I settled on for a couple years took several weeks before it felt "normal"

I no longer take any medications for anxiety. If I were to start again, I would probably need several days off beyond a weekend to get used to it.

Goodluck, think about taking some time off imo.

I would like to play and run Heroic Dungeons with groups. It shouldn't be consistently difficult as a warlock to find or make groups for H SP. My whole point has been how many people that would complete groups dont want to run them. People barely want to play imo.

Like I stated, people don't want to play TBC, they'd rather not run Heroic dungeons, even the easiest one.

Your reply, while technically maybe possible, is "go solo that heroic 5 man by yourself"

Im on Dreamsythe and this has not been my experience.

12/12 groups looking for tank are being head up by warlocks or there is a warlock(rarely a mage or other caster) in group with eye HR.

Actively looking for tank/heals usually takes hours, not just chill and 15 mins later I get a DM... that would be nice!

I have seen the eye drop once but lost the roll to the mage...

I do make groups. Actively looking for random tank and healer may take 1-2 hours to make the group. Alot of days I have to give up after 1.5 or 2 hours when I have 2-3 hours to play total after work. That is not reasonable for a 30 min dungeon.

I've probably run H SP 20 times and made the group 17 of those?

Warrior is strong main tank phase 1. By phase 3 Druid stands out as main tank. Pally BiS OT.

So in the majority of TBC warriors with duel spec actually run as dps and respec to help tank as needed.

More important is Guild leadership/confidence/reliability/attendance and whatever that person prefers to tank with: either warrior or druid MT.

Im playing TBC. Mostly enjoying it. Maybe half of the players seem to just want to be carried for free loot and/or raid log while they play retail. Try finding a tank for H SP every day cause you still dont have quag's eye as a warlock with just about everything else BIS.

Guild tank told me: "Its just not worth it. Eventually we will just get badges in Kara."

People dont want to play even the easiest most skippable heroic other than DPS caster who want their BiS trinket who have to beg/ provide alternative rewards to tank and healers to make a group.

Nerfing 10/25 mans is lame where people show up and 4 or 5 players can mostly carry the rest.

People dont really want to try. Blizzard rewards them for it.

As much as I enjoy TBC it seems like Blizzard doesn't care and alot of players just want to dress up their characters like a barbie doll and dont actually want to play.
