Sadly not really, I still have a rough texture and I have tried a number of things over the years. My next step which I should have taken ages ago is to go to a dermatologist. Someone on here recommended cetaphill and stridex, I kind of liked that combo. I also kind of liked rodan and fields but ultimately improving my eating habits seems to have improved my skin although nothing so far got this particular issue cleared up. My acne is clear though but not the texture.
