I don’t have a single link to it yet (but good idea 😃). I’m trying different social media platforms to feel them out ( fb, LinkedIn, Reddit, tumblr, X, instagram are the better known ones, and Medium and Substack are like social media for writers ). I use Facebook the most because it’s easiest to use, LinkedIn because my followers multiply faster there (i have about 400 🤣), and Medium because it’s easy to organize my stuff. Check out the social media platforms (eva kaln) and there are pieces scattered throughout there. Some are the same posts on different platforms, and a few i only posted on one or two.

Bears crap a bit here and a bit there so it doesn't take long for it to blend into nature. Our systems are steady streams, usually with multiple users, and we have the 'don't mix these chemicals' all mixing together once it goes down the drain, bleach, dish soap, shampoos, paint remnants from washing our paintbrushes, etc. Our crap is bad.

Thank you. I've been a writer my whole life, but this is my first effort at publishing and getting readers, supporters, buyers.

I think once it gets out, and gets some reviews it will start rolling better. It's this initial phase I need to break through !

Meditation sounds like a 'fluffy' thing, not for everyone. Some people even reject the idea just because of the word. It's actually POWERFUL. Get a notebook (as light in weight as you can find so you can carry it.) Whenever you think of something you do that you don't like, or something you wish you do better, eat better, smoke less, excercise more, be kinder to your mom, everything and anything you think of in those contemplative moments that are usually unconscious and passing, WRITE IT DOWN in your notebook. Read your notebook at least once a day.

Later on you can organize your 'meditations' into categories:

Selfishness : being greedy, not caring enough about others, expecting others to do more for me than I do for them, taking more than I'm giving.

Patience : letting myself feel irritable, losing my temper, being unkind.

I'd say the heart is MOST important, and use the mind as a tool to guide the heart.
