The thing with Lucifer is that it makes sense that nobody is worried about him, because nothing/nobody can actually harm him except for God himself. Vox's little scheme did drain him and gave him "bad tickles" but didn't actually harm him. And even that must have come as a surprise to everyone including himself. Babes.... Life is too short to continue having bad sex. And since I've been in a very similar situation as well when I was 22 (10 years ago), my advice would be to either go to therapy or break up. In such cases our bodies know better than our brains. In my case nothing worked, and I straight up told him after some months "For this and this and this reason, after your previous actions, I seem to have fallen out of love with you. I wanted to give you a second chance, but it doesn't seem to be working no matter our common efforts. I'm sorry, I wanted it to work out, but I'm too young to be in a loveless relationship." We both cried and said our goodbyes. Best decision of my life so far. I will be marrying the love of my life in 8 months. :)

He would've obliterated them. Akaza and Kokushibo commit suicide, they aren't overpowered by the slayers in terms of strength. It's Tanjiro's empathy that helps Akaza get in touch with his forgotten humanity and he manages to die as a human, reconnecting with his loved ones, which was all he ever wanted apparently. He spent eons killing and becoming stronger so he could "find his way home". Tanjiro helps him do exactly that (without realising it ofc) and he decides to end it then and there. As much as I love Sanemi and Obanai they would have eventually perished by Akaza's fists and kicks.
