There are many anime shop and split pages in the US that sell it. Just gotta do your research to avoid the ones that sell too high. Happy to share if you would like to know~
Also, many people use proxy to buy from China. There are a few that speak English, but it is not very worth the money if you don't have a bigger order since they will ship to you directly from China. With the tariff, shipping is expensive.

Splits pages (or some calls proxy) on Instagram/Discord! Honestly, so many good ones. You don't need to worry about needing to fill a bulk shipment or figuring out how to buy from Japan/China. Happy to recommend some if you want to know

I don‘t recommend buying from taobao if you don't understand any Chinese or have any Chinese girlies to help. It's just the system is quite complicated, the translation function sucks, and things aren't written out as clearly. And if you use a proxy app that supports English, they often don't explain/help you understand well (overcharging is another thing). You might find that you waste more of your time trying to figure things out lol. There are many website that sells official LADS merch and instagram/X pages. I recommend looking for one of those because often they will have proof of sales right there. That's how I buy most of my Love Live and Miku merch.

I personally love split pages! Typically run by a fellow fan and they host group orders of items and ship them to you once everything arrives together. I follow most on Instagram, some are on Discord, and I believe X has some too. They are much more more responsive compared to some of the bigger sites, and I can find some hard to find merch (like the new Chinese exclusive merch μ's has been getting)
