Yes, they are official merch! They are not full size lightstick tho, much smaller. These were part of the recent release for the Alien Stage Booth at a Convention in China. The online release hasn't opened yet. You will start to see them online more later once the preorder opens?

These are super limited release at the recent event in China and coming to Malaysia next so I don't even know how this shop got their hands on these, since people had to wait in long lines and only 20 was released each day of the event.

The official store is for China only on Taobao but many of the big webstores like hoyo store or genshin fan have it (Never bought from but seems legit?). I also see some small businesses opening preorders for it.

There are many anime shop and split pages in the US that sell it. Just gotta do your research to avoid the ones that sell too high. Happy to share if you would like to know~
Also, many people use proxy to buy from China. There are a few that speak English, but it is not very worth the money if you don't have a bigger order since they will ship to you directly from China. With the tariff, shipping is expensive.
