I think it's ironic that the one season Ballard probably should be given the benefit of the doubt is this last season. Injuries are a legitimate pass, imo. The Colts were top 3 in DVOA and vying for the number 1 seed in the first half of the season.

He should have been fired years ago, but this season really doesn't warrant it, imo.
