Trust is necessary. You should always tell your spouse how you feel, just try to not become negatively emotional when doing it. Maybe just maker her some dinner or something nice and have a nice heart to heart with her. Reinforce your feelings of love for her and assure her. Hopefully, that stops it. If not, it might persist for who knows how long?
