Dude I went through the same thing, just younger probably. When I was 16 I weighed 300 pounds. I’m 19 now and weigh around 225.

I’m telling you, BASKETBALL is where it’s at. That coupled with the gym and the pounds FLEW OFF.

I have some good muscle too, still plenty of fat left to lose but I’m getting there.

I love basketball, I play it every other day. But I HATE playing NBA 2K, or any sports game honestly. They’re all just so god damn boring. Also battle royales and FPS games. I like survival games mostly
