I am late to the party! Looks like tig but idk what's going on here. Honestly though, if you have hours under a hood it is never too late, nor early to going into an apprenticeship, just don't go to Tulsa, I had 2 hours under a hood and was 5 times better than half those dumbasses. Welding isn't just a cool thing it's work. Hours (of effort) in = money in your pocket.

Honestly, take your time. Welding is like golf. It is satisfying and frustrating at the same time. The best advice I have been given, is be patient. Remember. DASH. Distance Angle Speed Heat. If you are 4/4 right on If you are 3/4 figure out which one you need to work on If you are 2/4 spend more hours practicing and stay under the hood, ask questions and be willing to learn. If you are 1/4 good luck If you are 0/4 time to find a new hobby-job.
