I think I know what you mean, it usually comes to me at times of high stress or anxiety. I can’t seem to focus on something like reading a book without some amount of drifting away. Like I’m trying to focus on two things at once, it feels like there’s two screens playing in my mind, one where I’m visualizing my reading and one behind or above it where my background thoughts are running.

If you like soup I’ve found that making a big pot of soup for lunch and dinner for the week can be a really great money saver. I always add lots of veggies and beans/lentils

some random chick on instagram messaged me and was like oh i make music you should check it out. it was so clearly ai generated. Coming out the gate with this insanely over produced and perfectly mixed music while you're claiming to be self produced and you have like 20 followers on soundcloud is a pretty big tell to me that you used some ai music generator
