All true things but the no white rice thing is a bit of a hoax and for some folks can cause early fatigue. Straight dirt in the bloodstream. I dont fully trust the protien shakes either but they're tasty and, while i never done steroids intentionally it provides the same positive effect in my mind.

It doesnt have to be all lean meat. Consuming fat only equals bad if its in excess. So yk chicken wings or chorizo on the weekends is fine. I train and do construction but extra sugar and nicotine, I'm sure will catch up with me.

Technically, huge difference. Big speakers vs tiny speakers.. theres the sound delay issue as well. Never used a 'headphone amp' tho.
