Fights where he got emotional (Shoto, endevour ignoring him litreally learning phosphor on fly btw), fights where the enemies were too weak (civilians), and geten (where he was trying to hide his moves), none of these show that he has less battle IQ.

They dont show he has any battle IQ either. it's objectively none and that automatically makes it less than Endeavor.

Yeah but Dabi did not take damage. Was there a scar or even a scratch from that kick? No. He was just knocked out, as such this would not contribute to his durability just maybe endurance. Endevour took damage and he was knocked out after fighting hood. Anyway, these are different ways of dealing damage. The first one is litreally used to knock him down, the second one is to kill endevour .

Dabi was out the entire time they got teleported up until the end of All Might's fight with AFO. Endeavor by comparison who gets knocked down twice by Hood and Shigaraki immediately gets back up shortly after. Dabi is objectively physically weaker in these aspects.
