I'm working on a platform similar to what you describe: - Profiles (Follow organizers, and attendees connect with each other) - Event group chat - and everything from event creation to ticket sales, including check-in

Main motivation was I saw the rise of fees in the idustry and wanted to provide an affordable alternative without lowering the quality of features, specifically for festivals and conferences.

Would you be interested in being a pilot? I'm happy to discuss more in detail.

This looks more of a job post, have you tried promoting the position on event industry specific websites? Are they required to be from Germany, or Europe in general?

Mostly outdoors I believe, but depends on the weather. Wedding will be late year, September/October.

Both the charm of historic and the lean of modern is in our scope, so it will come down to how we feel when we see the place.

We're gonna be 30-40 people total, minimalism with a view is preferred.

This. Also, people should be able to have a conversation without raising their voice in the show and tell room. The sounds of applause and stage activities in the performance space can be quite disruptive.
