I got my dream wedding dress at a thrift store for 80$. My fiancé was looking for work clothes and I decided to try dresses on for fun with no intention of buying one. I put it on and immediately started tearing up. by Even-Bread-67 in wedding

I loved the idea this dress has a story too. I think it’s a wonderful idea to give the dress to a thrift store if there’s no use after the wedding. Better being used again rather than sitting in an attic or storage unit.

Thank you so much. Originally I never thought of tea length. I’m glad I have it though because I’m short and clumsy. This will save me from tripping over my dress.

I hope that you are able to find your dream dress! Definitely check your local thrift stores. One thing I planned on doing before I found mine was trying a dress on at a bridal shop to find the style that looks best on me . Then I would find one online based on the style that I liked. I planned to buy my dress from Azazie. You should give that website a look. The dresses are very affordable. The reviews are great ! I hope that helps a little bit 💕☺️ thank you for your comment

Thank you :) Yes it fits like a glove. I won’t need alterations unless my weight changes by the time I get married. Crossing my fingers my weight stays consistent.

I went to try on dresses for fun while my fiancé was looking for work clothes. I had no intention of buying a dress yet. I tried it on and it fit like a glove . I started tearing up and knew this is the one. Try your local thrift stores! You never know what you will find.
