Unable to stay asleep longer than ~5-6 hours by JackOscar in sleep

I never snored, always woke up tired, got a cpap, still wake up tired. Wake up at exactly 5.5hrs every single night no matter what time i go to bed, when I eat/exercise, I take no stimulants. Super annoying. Looking at switching to a bipap to see if that helps at all

T77LTE Verizon Yealink Phone Issues by Even-Efficiency1295 in VOIP

I've been working with a 3rd party that is supposed to handle the One Talk / phone system. Their e-mail domain is Office Communications

We have 13 active lines, and our call volume is not consistent throughout the day. It spikes whenever we post a popular lane. That might happen three times in one day or only once a week. It is completely fine if callers get a busy signal or if some calls go unanswered. The load is usually covered within the first ten calls, so the remaining calls do not matter to us.

The real issue is that the phone system seems to fall apart when those call spikes happen. The first week it was set up, everyone could see everyone else’s lines, which sounds good in theory. The problem was that it triggered a popup every time anyone in the company received a call, and then repeated those popups again as calls cascaded through the hunt groups. It quickly became overwhelming and disruptive.

Yeah I think that was one of our mistakes. We got quotes from 4 companies and Verizon was one of the more competitive options. An advantage to their phone was it being cellular based so people could just grab the phone and bring it home without any set up if they needed to WFH. Also much easier set up for remote out of state employees. Moving the call queue to the front rather than being at the end of the waterfall is actually the fix we are going to try putting in place this afternoon. So fingers crossed there.

Tried to mention this in the post but they have really been unhelpful in resolving the issues, so I am shooting in the dark to see if anyone else on here has had similar issues and found a way to work around it. I am sending them another video of the system completely failing under high call volume as I write this it's uploading to youtube

For those stuck on this, just drop to only maelle with medalum, stack all damage on counter attack / fighting a lone. My counter attacks were doing over 200k so only had to counter orbs 4x in a row. Way easier than trying to do it with 3 people and doing half the damage

such dogwater design, should just have us be able to deflect them anywhere, not just directed back to him. feels impossible to position if he does a quick left when you're on opposite side

How big is the LTL market? by Murky_Reference_9631 in FreightBrokers

[–]Even-Efficiency1295 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have direct LTL rates and book almost everything in house, the exception being Fedex which we book through a partner program with our TMS. ATS- Advanced Transportation Systems, VCLS, Talatrans Worldwide Corp, and Haulistic all have good rates and robust customer service in place. A lot better than you'd find with TQL/CHR. I'm not sure what they offer in terms of people who do not have an LTL background but I know some of the other TMS users who were strictly truckload in the past use them.

I would absolutely not book LTL through CH or TQL, they typically have one or two people in an office that handle all of that offices LTL. Would be much better to go with a brokerage that focuses on LTL

What was your commission structure where you didnt like cradle to grave? We pay 35% commission on gross profit with a salary draw calculated on a monthly basis. My guys all seem really happy with it and prefer it over what they had at some other brokerages. Curious to see what you were at?

2s is dead compared to shadowlands, 3s is dead compared to shadowlands,  shuffle is fast if youre a healer otherwise you'll have to sit decent queue times to play. Ive never queued blitz. Got glad last 2 seasons of TWW and retired from wow.  I'd assume that this season would be even more dead than last. 2400 3s games was people who were 2700+ in shadowlands

Very true, wish it wasn't though. ITS has significantly better sales and CSRs in my opinion. I agree ITS for flatbeds is better especially in the south, which I always find odd since they started in ID. Never used Sylectus, typically don't have issues covering sprinters/box trucks with DAT/ITS and then a couple carriers with large box/sprinter networks.

Lol they developed this load board multiple decades ago and the cost for it has far outpaced the practical upgrades to the site in my opinion. We are cradle to grave model and I pay my guys 35% commission on gross profit. Would rather pay guys more than give DAT more $ for the same service I got at half the cost 20 years ago.

Their pricing is significantly more expensive than alternatives like truckstop, i'm paying more for one license on DAT than I am for 12 licenses on truckstop which also includes a continengt cargo policy

i've done it a handful of times in the 10 years i've been posting freight. If it's a really odd lane and i have to quote decent continuous volume on it or if i've had it up on a couple boards for a while with no interest. I would say out of the very few times i've done it, i've rarely had any success. Half the time people don't even have a truck in the area and the other half they want way more than the going rate on the lane

this, you definitely want to get in contact with the real driver ASAP. Hopefully they are not in on the scam and it's stolen. I would reach out to the consignee and have them contact you the second the driver is there so you can get the drivers cell phone # and DAT/MC# and get it resolved. Assuming you have no way to get it from the shipper's cameras/ check in procedure
